The Trump administration has promoted a innovative and imaginative policy that required agents of the United States take children from their parents when they parents are suspected of a misdemeanor. The legal basis of this taking seems to based on two assumption. One is that a misdemeanor is great enough that this measure is required to discourage the activity, even if children are abused and molested. The second is that the adults can’t prove the providence of the children, so the state has a duty to take the children from these potential criminals and put the kids in protective custody.
I am here to propose that Trump use this innovative policy to fund the wall.
The fact is that the US is overrun with criminals. Dishonest citizens are looking in other peoples windows, walking down the street under the influence, and generally causing public disturbances. All these people are criminals of equal stature of a person crossing the border without papers, and all of them a great threat to society who much be stopped by any means necessary.
Some of these criminals are white, and some of them have kids. My proposal is to expand the policy of taking children nation wide. It should be noted that border patrol agents can actually take part in this as most US citizens live with their jurisdiction not far from a national border.
If a white person is suspected of a dangerous crime, such as stealing a pen, police should immidiately check if this person has any children present. As we can’t allow children to stay with such hardened criminals, police should investigate the living conditions and circumstances. If anything is amiss, the kids should be removed.
In particular, if the ‘parents’ cannot produce proper identification, preferable a passport, their children must be taken away until such a time that they can be verified as a legal resident. We cannot risk allowing criminal persons with no legal basis to be in the country to stay in this country and possible commit violent crimes.
Furthermore, we should demand that these ‘parents’ provide a birth certificate or other papers to immediately verify the children are their children. If they cannot, then we must remove the children. Again, these ‘parents’ could be abductors, child molesters, they could be using the kid as distractions for their criminal activity. Who is going to think that women with a child is on her way to blow up a federal building.
The adult should be given some time to prove their are the parent. However, recall that Trump has proven, that given enough time, birth certificates and background documents are pretty easy to make, as we saw with the fake Obama long form certificate.
Therefore any such proof has to involve a court hearing. If the adult is indeed the parent of the child then they will certainly care enough to immediately gather the documents, hire a lawyer, and take time off work to go to court. The parents should be happy to suffer such a small inconvenience if it means that everyone children are safer.
Obviously in many, it not most cases, the children will prove to be not the children of the alleged parents. These are hardened criminal, after all, who thought it would be fun to write on the walls of a public building. This is where the funding of the wall is provided.
If the adults cannot provide proof within a reasonable time, say a court here scheduled for the next week, the criminal adults should lose custody of the child. Now, instead of putting the kid in foster care, or whatever, which will cost the us, we should sell the kid.
This is why we focus on white criminals who are more likely to have white kids. While black kids might only get a few thousand dollars, almost all used for fees with no profit, we can sell white kids for tens of thousands of dollars. With a properly manage market, and proper advertising, we might be able to raise the price to a hundred thousand dollars, almost all profit.
Say 15 kids is a million dollars profit. Fifteen thousand kids would be a billion dollars. There are at least that many hardened criminals out there who drive above their speed limit in their cars, even with children in the car. One has to admit that it is hard to believe that a parent would put their own children in danger during the commission of crime such as this, and they have probably abducted the child who desperately needs to be rescued.
Admit the truth, even you bleeding heart liberals. We are doing these kids a favor by saving them for a life of crime and giving them to families who are willing to buy them.
